Refund Policy
Guarantees, refund terms, and eligibility rules
The following refund guidelines govern the purchase of scripts, software, themes, and other digital assets from SmartPay. Please review these terms carefully prior to acquiring any digital resource.
1. After Order Delivery
Once your order status is marked as COMPLETED and the digital file is dispatched or accessible in your account, no refund requests will be entertained.
*Reason: Digital products are intangible assets that cannot be returned or revoked once download access has been authorized.
2. While Order is Pending
If your transaction is successful but the order remains in a PENDING status, you can cancel your purchase. If you request a cancellation before file delivery, we will approve and issue a full refund immediately.
3. Technical Defects & Bugs
If a script has major bugs or does not operate as shown in the live preview, please contact our support desk. Our development team will attempt to resolve the bug. If we fail to patch the issue within 48 hours, a full refund will be disbursed.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Changing your mind after downloading the file.
- Lack of technical expertise to install the PHP/Laravel script (we provide full installation manuals with every product).
- Server incompatibility issues that do not match our explicitly stated PHP requirements.
